We make our own clothes in our Studio in Phnom Penh. 

Ordering, Shipping and Payment

Please contact us if you face any technical issues while using our website. We are happy to help you.

International orders will be packed and ready to ship within 1 – 2 business days or order placement. Business days are Monday’s through Fridays, excluding holidays. International orders are subject to customs clearance, which may cause delays beyond provided delivery estimates.

We are currently only accepting PayPal payments. If you don’t use PayPal, please contact us and we will try our best to help you. We are in the process of setting up payment for Visa and Mastercard. Watch this space!

Annabelle Hope has no control over how countries choose to levy customs fees, duties or other taxes on incoming goods. We are not able to foresee what the customs fees will be as each country has its own set of individual policies. If you are not familiar with your country’s importing policies and taxation practices, we encourage you to please check before ordering. The customer responsible for any and all customs fees or taxes and Annabelle Hope assumes no responsibility for such fees.

Returns & Refunds

We really hope that you’re happy with your Annabelle Hope products, but if for any reason you’re not, please let us know and we’ll make sure things are resolved swiftly.

We are happy to help with damaged items. Please email pictures, a brief description of the damage, the order number and your shipping information to [email protected]. We will follow-up with next steps as soon as possible. Annabelle Hope will determine the best resolution and may ask to see a product in person before making a decision. Please note that Annabelle Hope is not responsible for normal wear and tear, such as staining or dye fading.

We offer a full refund or exchange if products are returned within 14 days, unused and with the original packaging. Just send us an email first so we can look out for it.
